Ready-mix and precast concrete production solutions — stationary, mobile, and compact plants that proportion, mix, and discharge concrete with laboratory precision. Capacities from 25 to 240 m³/h with full EPC delivery.
Overview
A concrete batching plant proportionally doses aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures, mixes them homogeneously, and discharges ready-to-pour concrete at a controlled rate — the supply heart of any ready-mix or precast operation.
Concrete is made from four basic ingredients — aggregates (sand and gravel), cement, water, and chemical admixtures — but its quality depends entirely on how precisely those ingredients are proportioned and mixed. A concrete batching plant automates this: aggregates are stored in bins, dosed by conveyor or skip hoist, cement is drawn from a silo, water and admixtures are metered, and everything is blended in a compulsory mixer to a laboratory-verified recipe before discharge into a truck mixer or precast mold.
LIMING Machinery builds three families of batching plant: stationary (high-capacity, fixed, for permanent RMC and precast supply), mobile (towable or track-mounted for site-to-site relocation), and compact (small-footprint, often containerized, for space-constrained sites). Capacities range from 25 m³/h for a small compact unit up to 240 m³/h for a large stationary twin-mixer plant.
Every plant is driven by an automated PLC/SCADA control system that stores recipes, meters each ingredient to ±1% accuracy, and logs every batch for quality traceability — ensuring consistent, specification-grade concrete shift after shift.
Plant Types
Choose the configuration that matches your output, site mobility, and market — all three share the same core components.
Fixed, high-capacity installation for permanent ready-mix concrete supply or large precast factories. Long service life, high output, and multi-silo configurations.
Towable or track-mounted plant that relocates between project sites with minimal foundation. Quick setup and teardown for infrastructure and remote projects.
Small-footprint, often containerized plant for space-constrained urban sites or short-term projects. Easy transport and fast commissioning.
Main Components
Every LIMING batching plant is assembled from five core component groups — engineered to work as one integrated system.
Storage bins (typically 3-6 compartments) hold sand and graded gravel, each dosed by belt, skip hoist, or dosing gate to the mixer at the recipe ratio.
Belt conveyor or skip hoist lifts the dosed aggregates to the mixer. Belt feeding allows continuous batching; skip suits compact layouts.
Sealed steel silo (50-300 t) stores cement or fly ash, with a screw conveyor feeding the cement-weighing hopper on demand.
Twin-shaft compulsory mixer for standard RMC, planetary mixer for precast and specialty concrete, or pan mixer for small plants — the heart of the plant.
PLC/SCADA system stores recipes, meters ingredients to ±1%, logs every batch, and supports remote monitoring for full quality traceability.
Water-weighing hopper and admixture dispensers dose water and chemical admixtures (superplasticizer, retarder, air-entrainer) into the mixer.
