Full-range cement equipment manufacturing — from raw material crushing and preparation to clinker production, cement grinding, and auxiliary systems. Engineered for dry and wet process cement production lines of any capacity.
Overview
LIMING Machinery designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of cement plant equipment covering the entire production cycle — from limestone quarrying and raw material preparation to clinker calcination, finish grinding, and final packaging. Our equipment portfolio serves both dry process and wet process cement production lines, with capacities ranging from mini cement plants of 100 TPD to large-scale plants of 10,000 TPD.
Every machine is built in our own heavy-industry manufacturing base — equipped with an 8m vertical lathe, 10m gear rolling machine, 150-ton overhead crane, and 40-ton electric arc furnace — ensuring precision fabrication, rigorous quality control, and reliable long-term performance in the most demanding operating conditions.

Stage 1
Crushing, homogenizing, and grinding the raw materials — limestone, clay, iron ore, and coal — into a uniform raw meal ready for clinker calcination. Our crushers and mills handle feed sizes up to 1,200mm with capacities reaching 3,000 t/h.

The heart of the cement plant — where raw meal is preheated, calcined, and sintered in the rotary kiln at up to 1,450°C to form cement clinker. Our kilns, preheaters, coolers, and dust collection systems deliver high efficiency, low heat consumption, and compliance with emissions standards.

Grinding clinker, gypsum, and additives to the desired fineness to produce finished cement. Our ball mills, vertical mills, roller presses, and separators work together to optimize particle size distribution while minimizing energy consumption — the most power-intensive stage in cement making.

Conveying, screening, feeding, and packaging systems that connect and support the main production stages. Reliable auxiliary equipment keeps material flowing continuously across the entire cement plant — from quarry to finished product dispatch.
