Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a lightweight, precast building material that is cured under heat and pressure in an autoclave. Through a chemical reaction between lime, cement, and aluminum powder, millions of microscopic gas bubbles expand the concrete to roughly one-fifth the weight of normal concrete. The result is a building block that is simultaneously lightweight, thermally insulating, fireproof, and environmentally friendly — making AAC one of the fastest-growing green building materials in the world.

Production Process
A six-step process transforms fly ash, cement, and lime into precision-cut AAC blocks cured to full strength in the autoclave.
