About Mobile Crushers
A mobile crusher is a self-contained crushing plant mounted on a tracked or wheeled carrier that moves directly to the material source — eliminating haulage, foundation works, and long commissioning.
In traditional fixed-plant crushing, raw rock or rubble must be trucked from the quarry or demolition site to a stationary crusher — a costly loop of loading, hauling, and re-handling. A mobile crusher reverses the equation: the crusher travels to the material, processes it on the spot, and discharges finished aggregate straight onto a stockpile or into a waiting truck. This cuts transport cost, haul road maintenance, and site footprint dramatically.

Crushing Configurations
