Crushing Where the Material Is

A mobile crusher is a self-contained crushing plant mounted on a tracked or wheeled carrier that moves directly to the material source — eliminating haulage, foundation works, and long commissioning.

In traditional fixed-plant crushing, raw rock or rubble must be trucked from the quarry or demolition site to a stationary crusher — a costly loop of loading, hauling, and re-handling. A mobile crusher reverses the equation: the crusher travels to the material, processes it on the spot, and discharges finished aggregate straight onto a stockpile or into a waiting truck. This cuts transport cost, haul road maintenance, and site footprint dramatically.

LIMING Machinery builds two carrier families: tracked mobile crushers — hydraulic crawler tracks for rough terrain and mining pits, and wheeled mobile crushers — towable on roads for quick relocation between aggregate yards and demolition projects. Both are available in three crushing configurations: jaw (primary), cone (secondary/fine), and impact (secondary/high-quality cubical aggregate).

Typical capacity ranges from 50 to 500 tonnes per hour. Types of Mobile Crusher

Three crusher types cover every stage from primary rock breaking to fine aggregate finishing. Combine a jaw + cone for a complete two-stage on-site plant.

Mobile Jaw Crusher

Primary crushing of hard and abrasive rock — granite, basalt, limestone, river gravel. The workhorse first stage of any on-site crushing train, accepting large feed up to 500mm.

Mobile Cone Crusher

Secondary and fine crushing of medium-hard aggregate — produces well-graded, cubical product ideal for concrete and asphalt. Pairs with a jaw crusher for two-stage plants.

Mobile Impact Crusher

High-reduction secondary crushing with excellent cubical particle shape. Excels at recycling construction waste, concrete, and asphalt into reusable aggregate.
