Product Description

A pulverized coal burner is the critical combustion device installed at the kiln hood outlet of a rotary kiln. Its primary function is to efficiently mix finely ground coal (pulverized coal) with combustion air and inject this mixture into the kiln, where it ignites and burns to generate the high temperatures (1400-1450°C) required for clinker formation.

Unlike traditional single-channel burners that mix coal and air in a simple tube, multi-channel burners use concentric annular channels to separately control axial air, swirl air, coal flow, and central air.
