Working Principle

  1. Material Feeding: Raw material is fed centrally onto the rotating grinding table through the feed chute and air lock system.
  2. Centrifugal Distribution: The rotating table distributes material evenly toward the periphery under centrifugal force.
  3. Roller Compression: Hydraulically-loaded grinding rollers press the material against the table, crushing it through compression and shear. The adjustable hydraulic pressure (typically 100-180 bar) controls grinding intensity.
  4. Hot Gas Drying: Hot gas (200-350°C) enters through the nozzle ring surrounding the table, drying the material and carrying fine particles upward to the classifier.
  5. Classification: The integrated dynamic separator classifies particles by size. Coarse material returns to the table for regrinding; fine product exits with the gas stream to the collection system.
  6. Product Collection: Product is separated from the gas stream in high-efficiency cyclones and/or bag filters, then conveyed to cement silos.
