Working Principle

  1. Material Feeding: Crushed material (≤15-30mm) is fed evenly into the grinding chamber through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder.
  2. Pendulum Grinding: The main shaft drives the star rack (spider) to rotate. Centrifugal force pushes the grinding rollers outward against the stationary grinding ring, crushing material between the roller and ring surfaces through rolling compression.
  3. Air Classification: A blower draws air through the mill, lifting ground particles to the classifier. The rotating classifier blades separate fine particles (meeting specification) from coarse ones.
  4. Product Collection: Fine powder passes through the classifier and is collected in the cyclone separator. Coarse material falls back to the grinding zone for further size reduction.
