Primary crushing of limestone and hard ores with compressive strength below 250 MPa. PE/PEX series, reliable and low-maintenance.
Complete crushing, pre-homogenization, and raw meal grinding systems for cement production. From limestone quarry to homogeneous raw meal — engineered for efficiency, reliability, and consistent feed quality.
Overview
Raw material preparation is the foundational stage of cement manufacturing, where extracted limestone, clay, iron ore, and other raw materials are crushed, homogenized, and ground into a uniform raw meal ready for clinker calcination. The quality and consistency of this raw meal directly determines the efficiency of the kiln and the quality of the final cement.
LIMING Machinery provides a complete range of equipment covering all three sub-stages of raw material preparation: crushing (reducing run-of-mine material from up to 1,200mm to manageable sizes), pre-homogenization (blending material stockpiles to minimize chemical composition variation), and raw meal grinding (pulverizing the mix to the required fineness of 10–15% residue on a 90µm sieve). Our crushers handle feed sizes up to 1,200mm with capacities reaching 3,000 t/h, while our raw mills deliver outputs from 0.65 to 615 t/h with consistent particle size distribution.

Primary crushing of limestone and hard ores with compressive strength below 250 MPa. PE/PEX series, reliable and low-maintenance.
Secondary and tertiary crushing of medium-hard to hard materials. High reduction ratio with uniform particle size output.
High-capacity crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials. Single-stage reduction from large feed to fine product.
Cubic-shaped aggregate production through impact crushing. Ideal for limestone and materials with low abrasiveness.
Ball mill for grinding raw materials to fine raw meal. Air-swept design with drying capability for moist feeds.
Vertical roller mill integrating grinding, drying, and classification. Energy-efficient with 30–50% lower power consumption.
Pre-homogenization system for blending raw material stockpiles. Reduces chemical composition variation before grinding.
Rotating disc pelletizer for granulating raw meal or powder materials into uniform pellets for further processing.
Multi-deck screening equipment for sizing crushed material. Circular and linear motion models for various applications.
Even, regulated feeding of bulk material to crushers, screens, and mills. Electromagnetic and electromechanical models.
Belt conveyors for transporting raw materials across the plant. Heavy-duty design for abrasive, high-tonnage applications.
